Ordering & Delivery

  • Lunch Buddi makes healthy lunches easy. Simply order online by Tuesday, and we’ll deliver fresh, ready-to-go lunch boxes to your door over the weekend. Our specially sealed packaging keeps everything fresh in the fridge for up to 7 days. Just grab and go all week long!

  • Yes! Choose from two simple options:

    1. Staple Buddis: Our ready-made favourites are great for quick ordering.
    2. Build Your Own: Pick your own main, sweet, and savoury to create a lunchbox your child will love.

  • Our weekly cut off time for orders is Tuesday at 12pm. Make sure to plan ahead so you have enough Lunch Buddis for the week!

  • We offer free delivery on orders over $85 (minimum 5 lunch packs).

    For orders under $85, a $10 delivery fee applies.

  • We have a minimum order quantity of 5 Lunch Buddi packs, with free delivery on all online orders.

  • While we don’t offer traditional bulk discounts yet, orders over $85 receive free delivery, making it a great value for families ordering multiple boxes.

  • We currently deliver across the Perth metropolitan area. If you're unsure whether we reach your suburb, just contact us and we’ll confirm for you.

  • Right now, Lunch Buddi is only available to purchase via our online store.

    We’re excited to say that have a Shop front coming soon (lookout Leeming).

  • No Returns Policy (Due to Perishability). Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. Please do not send any meals back to us. Only will refund if Lunch Buddi is liable (refer to the policy).

Product & Packaging

  • While we operate in a nut-aware kitchen, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment. Please read the full product description and ingredients carefully before purchase. Read full disclaimer.

  • Meals are delivered fresh and refrigerated, not frozen. To maintain freshness during transit, each order is:

    • Packed in a recyclable box lined with insulation.

    • Includes a gel pack to keep meals cold.

    • Delivered via refrigerated trucks.

    Upon delivery, customers receive an SMS with a real-time tracking link and another notification once the delivery is completed.

    If no one is home, the package is left in a safe, shaded, and covered spot at the driver's discretion. It's recommended to refrigerate meals immediately upon receipt to ensure maximum freshness and quality. 

  • We’re committed to sustainability, which is why our Lunch Buddi packaging tray and cardboard wrap are fully recyclable into your 'Green and Yellow' recycle bins. Please check locally for the film, as this will vary depending on your area.

  • Lunch Buddi does not at present cater to food allergies.

    Please ensure you read the full product description carefully before purchasing to confirm that the ingredients meet your child’s dietary needs.
